Right of Withdrawal, Return Conditions, Warranties, and Limitation of Liability

Right of Withdrawal

 

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Name, Address, Email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

Once we have received your withdrawal, we will process the refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

 

Return Conditions

For the return of physical products (e.g., T-shirts or prints), the following conditions apply:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are to be borne by you as the buyer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• We recommend sending the package via insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

• Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been customized or personalized to your specifications, such as custom T-shirt designs or tattoo designs.

 

Warranties

For our physical products, we offer a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects that were present at the time of delivery and can be claimed under the statutory provisions.

For design services (such as logo design, tattoo design, or apparel design), we offer one revision within [X] days after the first delivery of the design, to make any minor adjustments you wish. After final approval of the design by you, no refunds will be given.

 

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.

Designs and Products: We cannot guarantee that our designs will meet the specific requirements or expectations of a third party, such as when using designs on products or implementing logos in a branding context. The customer is responsible for ensuring the legal use of the designs and compliance with trademark laws.

Availability and Delivery: All products and designs will be delivered to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure or unforeseen events (e.g., shipping issues, natural disasters, governmental measures).
